What a great view this is to have from your Rye NH condo! Enjoy ocean and beach views from both floors of this gorgeous condo overlooking Wallis Sands State Beach.
If I had views like this, I’d never get any work done. As a matter of fact, I doubt I’d want to leave at all!

Is this Wallis Sands Place? They did a great job on those- but they are only seasonal, right?
Hi Tara – the units I think you’re thinking of are a little behind these. Those are seasonal. The condos this one is part of are called Ocean Sands Condos, and they are year-round and were built in 1993-1994. This unit is gorgeous, very nice amenities inside, and what a view and location! The asking price on this one is $1,175,000.
