Portsmouth NH Colorful Downtown Shopping

Portsmouth NH is home to a wonderfully vibrant mix of shops and galleries, restaurants and cafes. Most are locally owned businesses, however we do have a small number of national chains here in our downtown area, too. The 2 or 3 national chains that are downtown blend in well enough that they don’t stick out over the local businesses.
I love the bright colors of this store’s display in the window. You can’t help but notice them and with the bright sky blue trim of the window, the colors just have to make you notice and smile when you look at them. That’s what I do every time I pass this storefront.
