Portsmouth NH Waterfront South End Homes

Home in Portsmouth NH can easily be on the water because we have a good amount of water around the town. These homes are in Portsmouth’s South End, which is full of antique and historical homes. And our South End is really more northern than southern, as it’s just before you cross over into Kittery Maine.
Even though waterfront is somewhat plentiful here in Portsmouth, it does have a nice price tag attached to it. Waterfront homes are highly desirable here in Portsmouth and in the Seacoast areas, and we all know demand drives prices…..
