By The Side of The Road……

You just never know what you’ll see by the side of the road! And these were in Eliot Maine.

I have my camera with me most of the time because you just never know what you’re going to see or where you’re going to see it! I was driving between showings and happened to catch this smiling dolphins out of the corner of my eye. Of course, I had to turn around and see them up close – pictures followed!

Water Water Everywhere!

When you live here in the Seacoast areas of NH and southern Maine, you quickly discover there’s water all over the place. We have streams, brooks, rivers, inlets, bays, THE bay, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean, all right here at our doorstep.

One of my sisters was visiting awhile back, and as we drove over the bridge from Portsmouth NH into Kittery Maine, she said “imagine living here and getting to see all this water and beauty all the time”! How lucky we are, those of us fortunate enough to call Portsmouth NH home……

Life By The Sea in Rye NH

New Hampshire has the smallest coastline in the country, and when you drive along the coast, you see all kinds of things having to do with living on the ocean. I saw this mailbox on the side of the road in front of a Rye NH home and had to stop and take a picture of it.

It certainly made me smile, hope it makes you smile, too!

Grease is the Word – Prescott Park Arts Festival

Being able to call Portsmouth NH home offers all kinds of rewards. One of those fun things is the beautiful waterfront park we have, Prescott Park. Each summer, the Prescott Park Arts Festival puts on all kinds of fun things all summer long, and one of those is the featured season theatrical play or musical. This year’s treat is “Grease”. The performances run all summer – make sure to catch one of them – you’ll have a great time for sure!

I love discovering splashes of beautiful flowers! I see these frequently when I drive along Route 1 in North Hampton NH. These are along a nice rock wall in front of Abercrombie and Finch, one of my favorite Portsmouth NH area restaurants and known as Abercrombie’s to locals.
