This gorgeous downtown Portsmouth NH building is The Rockingham.  This was formerly The Rockingham Hotel, and what a grand hotel it was.  I remember when these were first converted into condominiums and they were open to the public to come tour.

The Rockingham is now home to beautiful Portsmouth NH condos.  The lobby is just gorgeous, full of fabulous original woodwork, and you can just imagine the wealthy travelers back then having tea and mixing with their friends.  The condos in the main part of the building are mostly one-bedroom units, and in the newer section those condos are 2 and bedroom units.

Just one of many gorgeous historic buildings you can find all around town – many with beautiful Portsmouth condos in them!

I love this view of Market Square in downtown Portsmouth NH!  As you come down Market Street towards Market Square, you see the North Church steeple first and then the beautiful rounded corner of this gorgeous brick building.

Downtown Portsmouth NH is full of beautiful old brick buildings.  We also have new ones that have been blended in beautifully with the old.  Many of the new brick buildings in the downtown area offer downtown Portsmouth condos  – enjoy all that Portsmouth has to offer right outside your front door!
